Nine Lamplight model homes are selling in The Village of Centennial Springs, an urban-style, mixed-use villages located in northwestern Las Vegas Valley. Floor plans range from 1,286 to 2,251 square feet with prices starting in the high $100,000s.

Lamplight home concepts are the Garden, Cottage and Square home models. Each concept features three floor plans that are available in a variety of architectural styles, including American, Traditional, French County and Spanish Colonial.

Lamplight Garden homes range from 1,286 to 1,408 square feet and feature two to three bedrooms and a single-car garage. First-phase incentive pricing starts in the high $100,000s.

Lamplight Cottage homes range from 1,640 to 2,026 square feet and feature three to four bedrooms with a two-car garage. First phase incentive pricing starts in the low $200,000s.

Lamplight Square homes range from 1,936 to 2,251 square feet and also feature three to four bedrooms with a two-car garage. First-phase incentive pricing starts in the high $200,000s.

In-The-News: Robert Lively, president of RL Homes, paid more than $30 million to acquire more than 30 acres of residential land in Las Vegas along with the marketing rights to the Lamplight Home concept and floor plans from Lennar Homes. Located on 41 acres, The Village of Centennial Springs features a combination of residential, retail, restaurant and office development organized around a tree-lined landscaped boulevard to create a main-street environment. The brand was formerly trademarked and developed by Carina Homes.
